At CPI UK, it is our committed aim to consider every area of our operation and reduce our environmental impact, without compromising quality and service.

In November 2002, Fulmar plc (not then part of CPI) appointed Clare Taylor, a registered IEMA environmental auditor, to assist the Group with ISO 14001 implementation. ISO 14001 addresses the need to minimize harmful effects on the environment caused by our activities, and to achieve continual improvement of our environmental performance. Two CPI UK companies, Fulmar Colour and Royle Corporate, have achieved accreditation to ISO 14001. The programmes running at these two sites will be used as a blueprint for the rest of the Group companies. Bookmarque and White Quill Press are now preparing their systems and aim to have certification by end of 2009.

All CPI sites have reached accreditation for FSC. Mackays, Bookmarque and White Quill are also PEFC certified.
